About Giovani Escudero
Giovani’s work is grounded in an unwavering commitment to uplifting historically marginalized communities and transforming the systems that impact them. He began his journey as a public school teacher in Miami-Dade as a Teach For America corps member, later teaching, leading, and coaching in Brooklyn and the Dominican Republic. From classrooms to boardrooms, his leadership is consistently rooted in the power of belonging.
He holds degrees from the University of Central Florida and Columbia University, is a Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP), and holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation.
Giovani calls the Bronx home, where he lives with his mini poodle Benito. He’s fueled by CrossFit, spontaneous dance breaks, global adventures, and the joy of quality time with family and friends.
